My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room had some drawbacks, like a less than ideal view and some issues with service not being provided as expected. The hotel is in a great location, just a $6 Uber ride away from Mamaroneck Ave with all the restaurants. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and a nice size, offering 2 double beds and breakfast for all guests. The service was pleasant and accommodating, with helpful and welcoming staff. However, there were some issues with dining, such as cleanliness problems and limitations on ordering. The location is wonderful, providing easy access to downtown White Plains and shopping, but there were safety concerns near the elevator. Overall, a decent value for money stay.
